I FEEL THAT THE EARTH IS NOW IN THE PROCESS OF FORMING NEW VALUES

PEOPLE WITH A NEW CONSCIOUSNESS.
PEOPLE WHITH A NEW CULTURE.
THE VALUES OF KINDNESS AND AFFECTION.
FOR A HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS LIFE
THAT FORMS A POSITIVE SPIRAL
AND COEXISTS.

I think we are now in the process of creating a «New Human Being».

People with a new consciousness. People with a new culture.
I think that communicating with you in this way is part of that process,

and I feel very honoured now.

Japan is a country with culture and trust.

Ukraine is now a country that we can be proud of in a sense because of this situation, which is a complicated feeling.

But in the end, I hope this situation will lead to a better direction.

Ukraine has never attacked another country in its 1200-year history.

Ukraine, which became independent in 1991, was the third nuclear power in the world in 1994, but abandoned it for world peace.

It was also a completely neutral country for 30 years after becoming independent.

Despite this situation, ironically, Russia, which should have signed a contract, took up Crimea in 2014 and subsequently tried to own Donetsk and Luhansk.

This was as shocking as saying that Hokkaido and Okinawa would be taken by the United States in Japan. Ukraine endured a one-sided attack from Russia for eight years, but on February 24, 2022, Russia launched a full-scale war.

The «Budapest Memorandum of Understanding» signed in 1994 stated that the United States, Britain, and Russia would guarantee the security of Ukraine on the condition that Ukraine abandon its nuclear weapons. However, Russia continues to invade Ukraine unilaterally, and Ukraine is one of the middle nations without the help of other countries, and is receiving the attack of Russia, a country many times larger than Ukraine.

I feel that the world of justice in the United States, the United Nations, NATO, and the EU is an outdated illusion.

The birth of a new way of thinking, new values, and a new earthling without conflict is now

I feel that there is an urgent need.
